This was an early visual direction, different from where we eventually landed, built to test my read of the interviews across the product’s key moments.

This sampling of screens was shown to each broker one-on-one. The responses were “looks nice” and not much else. That shrug was the finding - disconnected, static screens couldn’t get these users to react.
